In the course of the compilation of the Carmen Restaurant's menu we always pay special attention to offer the proper proportion of international and domestic dishes in our selection, and to ensure that the dishes are interesting and harmonious with respect to both the ingredients used and the methods of preparation. The taste world dreamt and carefully compiled by our chef, Péter Marton is what makes the dishes of the Carmen Restaurant really totally unique and at the same time enjoyable for everyone.
